We at CMA Architects & Engineers LLP have quite a reputation... In nearly four decades since our firm CMA (formerly, Capacete Martín & Associates) was established, our commitment to quality has placed us in the forefront in architectural & engineering design throughout the Caribbean. The year was 1959. Puerto Rico was at the brink of its economic growth and industrial development when a group of prominent architects and engineers founded a visionary multidisciplinary partnership. In less than two decades, the island was transformed from a rural agricultural society to an industrialized one, opening its doors to international currents. An CMA was there. All throughout the island, CMA was at the helm in designing a variety of facilities that provided the island with the economic expansion that it boasts to this day. |
CMA's legacy of lasting design catapulted Puerto Rico to becoming the showcase of the Caribbean, Central and South America in industrialization and technology. We are proud to have shaped a modern Puerto Rico and we are also proud to have proven our expertise in the United States, Latin America and Europe. Reliability is our trademark. Since CMA's founding we have met our clients' needs and fulfilled their expectations. More than 70 percent of our projects are for repeating clients. Diversity is our style. Our multilingual staff hosts new talent which upholds our tradition of excellence while remaining at the cutting edge of new design currents. Flexibility is our way of life.
